I'm having some issues with ie on the PC, imagine that... Anyway I have attached 2 jpg images showing the problem areas.

There are two main issues right now:
the first issue is the IE is diplaying the "news & events" image lower than it should be. If you look at the firefox jpg you'll see how it is supposed to be.
The second issue is that there should be a 4px white padding around the main content. Again see the firefox image for reference.
