Scroll bars...

Let's say you have a box 140 by 200 pixels that you created using CSS that says "Updates" at the top. Now, if you have the Scrolling set to overflow: auto, is there a way to change the scroll bar other then the color? Here (http://www.webapplikations.com/main.html) is an example of what I'm talking about. Look at the scroll bars.
