Hi all,
New to oscommerce here. I tried the oscommerce forum but there isn't a lot of traffic there. I just recently (in the last month) installed osc. The problem is that sometimes I get an email notification when I get an order, sometimes I don't. When I enter a "dummy" order manually, I receive the notification ok, and sometimes I get notifications when customers make a purchase. But other times I just get a notice from Paypal (I'm using a merchant account for the gateway) that I've received a payment. When I look for the order in osc, it doesn't exist. Orders that I get notifications for show up in the osc order history.
The email address involved isn't spam filtered in any way, so that shouldn't be the problem. And even if it was the problem, I still should be able to see the order in osc.
Any php/oscommerce experts who can suggest where I might look to zero in on the problem?
