I m a web designer, I have designed some web sites in PHOTOSHOP. And i want to sale them. But cann't understand where it can be purchased.

Make a website to sell them, then sign up for an advertising service, perhaps.

After you have your site up you could always try ebay or try joinging an affiliate program like clickbank if you're a really good designer.
