We have been using WebHost4Life for about 6 months now, and at first we had great service. Now all of a sudden the down time is constant, and we are "supposed" to be guaranteed 99% uptime. I have opened numerous support tickets and they keep saying it is because we are sharing a server with other clients and that we need to upgrade to the $130 a month for a dedicated server. I feel like this is just a way for them to try to get more money. It seems to me like they have too many sites located on each server and they just can't keep up. Why else would this "all-of-a-sudden" start happening? Our site hasn't changed.
Is anybody else having these same issues? Can anyone recommend a different host provider that is similiar to WebHost4Life, but has better uptime?
