Adsense Optimization - Meta Keywords

For several weeks I'm reading things on optimizing a web site for better

This site and many other says that write related keywords to
your meta-tag, that will change your ads, is this true?

What if I write very unrelated expensive keywords to my site,
for example "server" keyword to a dating site. Will it be still
an expensive ad? does google check the relation between?

Actually, adsense tends to match the content on your website and the meta tags do help. It only matches your site once the pages gets indexed by google. Before that it's totally unrelated ads. I started an article directory recently www.articleammo.com (http://www.articleammo.com) you can go there and have a look at how the ads are match the articles in the different categories. It took about 1 months to happen.
