This isn't the right forum for this question, but I will cheat anyway.
The answer isn't as simple as "yes" or "no". It depends. If your network administrator is the one that controls your e-mail account (sets it up, etc) then the answer is almost definently yes. If you are using a web-mail type interface then it depends on if you are using https or just plain http. Any http can be sniffed or scanned.

That's fine. My net administrator has created my office email account. I have my personal email account in different web site. I got to login to that site to check my messages.
My question is when I login to the my site (where i have my personal email account) can my net administrator can check/view my email messages??? how secure is it ??

That's fine. My official email account is set by the LAN administrtor. My personal email account is in a different site, where I have to login to the site & check my messages (I have my own dial up connection).
My question is when I login to the site to check my email messages (in the office) -
Can my LAN administrator view/check my messages??
track my email activities ie, send messages/attachments etc ???
How safe it is to access my personal email account in the office????

When you access your web e-mail account, if the address starts with "https" or you see a little lock icon at the bottom of your browser (IE or Netscape), then you are ok, because that means all data is encrypted by the browser before it is sent to the server. If you just have "http" and no lock, then anything you send to any web page is sent in clear text and any LAN administrator worth his salt could sniff the network traffic and read the plain text going across his network. This is, however, kind of time consuming, and I doubt that he would be doing this. He could have automatic scanners looking for keywords like sex or whatever, but he would have to be actively looking.
Later,
Chris
