It is like "portable Firefox" (small, compact, un-obtrusive), but this is for people not wanting to reveal their IP address. The better secrecy for anonomyous web-surfing.
I like the theme that come with it, -it resemble the SAFARI browser theme I guess. And you can install and run this alongside an existing Firefox install. It shares no files with 'standard' Firefox, and it installs into it's own directory. And you can copy it from the HDD onto a thumb-drive/JUMP-drive, -just like "portable Firefox"...

I like it. :D

If it doesn't transmit your IP address, how does the web server know where to send the files?

Yes, a quick look at their site seems to indicate that much of the product is concerned with processes and UI elements for connecting via proxies.

-I had a good play with it, grew tired of it (having to re-enter my u/n and p/w every time I came here, for example), and removed it. It also helped that I managed to 'freeze it' a couple of times...

"Firefox" has an extention of "ghost" that also 'proxies' so it is a matter of 6 of 12 or half-dozen of another, really. Disadvantage that if you like using themes etc., you are violating what 'ghost' does anyway. I just like that it doesn't 'store' or 'cache' anything 'identifiable'. I suppose the same result can be done using the quintessential Mozilla product and not someone open-source hack of an existing, superlative product. This would be GREAT on a jump-drive though... ('cept for the 'freeze' part... I still like "portable Firefox" for my jump-drives though).

Granting someone the ability to monitor the entirety of your activity on the internet hardly seems conducive to "extra privacy".
