Hi lakers01! I know I am not Pyro but I can answer at least one of your questions.
CSS means Cascading Style Sheets..it is used for designing attributes to web pages...it is supposed to give you more flexibility.
As for the JavaScript...I can only imagine that some are using outdated browsers, have older computers and/or they disable it to make their computers faster and maybe to add security.
Hope it helped a little.
I am Pyro, so I'll give it a shot... :D
I'm sure there are various reasons that 13% (http://www.thecounter.com/stats/2003/May/javas.php) of web users browse with JavaScript disabled. Nearly all (http://www.thecounter.com/stats/2003/May/browser.php) browsers support JavaScript, so that is a fairly minor reason. A much bigger reason is that some users aren't browsing with traditional web browsers. They may be using a Braille browser or screen reader, or maybe on a PDA. Or, perhaps they are just sick of webmasters abusing JavaScript with countless popups, mouse-trails, etc...
As far as CSS layout, that is what is used to separate content from presentation. A very big step in accessablity. The reason for this (the increased accessablity) is that users are still able to receive the content, even if they are not able to view the layout (again, Braille browser, sreen reader, PDA, etc.). CSS also makes your code much, much cleaner and easier to read. It also makes for less code, resulting in smaller file sizes, and thus, less bandwith used up. For an example of a total CSS layout (with valid HTML -- also very important), take a look at http://www.webdevfaqs.com. Go ahead, view the source, download the stylesheets, see what's going on...

I use css so i no wat it is but it was somthing charals said something like no tables
Thanks for the anwswer tho
Yes, Charles and I have a bit of a difference there, as I will use tables for layout when I think they are necessary (3 column layouts are a good example). So, if you are looking for a better explination on why one should not use tables, he would be a better person to ask. Anyway, I'm glad I was able to help... :)

Yes so long as it's coded like:
<iframe src="somewhere.htm" etc><a href="somewhere.htm">Somewhere</a></iframe>
You need to provide a hyperlink inside the iframe tags to the same file as the iframe is linked to.

Sometimes tables are neccessary, I am just commenting about above by the way, Look at my site www.clanknights.vze.com , I had to use a table to keep the my iframe and image above and below it under controll, Because of ie bugs a hybrid layout was neccesary, just thought I would post that as an example. Also if you want an iframe in a css layout and are planning on having it fluid like my site you should just jump right into hybrid mode, I found that out the hard way, the iframe will simply not stay in a div or on the page for that matter. Its just a pain in the butt.

Not to stress your inability to spell....or something like that.
but in your copywrite at the bottom of first page:
All parts of this web site is property of JohnTran(R) but can be use with permision so just ask
All rights Reserved.

Just want your copywrite notice to look professional=P
Also, your page doesn't have a privacy report..I have a low privacy rating when it comes to the web cause I honestly don't care about this computer...anyways...it blocked some cookies from your website which totally f---ed it up and made the site kinda broken to me. (no cookie experience so I can't tell you specifics) Just wanted to tell you to look into making a privacy report partaining to your use of cookies on the website.

ur 12 and you have your own webspace? lucky dawg. you pay for it or is it free? -not sure how to set up privacy report's. just know that you don't have one and if you use cookies it might be fun for you to put one on your website
(not actual text like an agreements page...ask pyro and see if he knows)

I am only 16. I have taken 3 computer programming classes too, and have plenty of webspace that doesnt have ads, unlimited badwidth, and free. A lot of internet providers also provide webspace, and plus I use the webmatrix project to host my asp.net

i found this is it good pyro?
http://www.flatface.net/index.php
I'm not big on free hosts, but it looks ok. Without seeing a phpinfo() script, I can't tell you much about their PHP support...

flatface is a good host, but it is very hard to get onto their server, like you have to pretty much beg them to give you an account. I have a friend that was once hosted by them. Also http://europe.webmatrixhosting.net is not asp, its asp.net. Asp.net is the newest server side language in use today and the way it is setup makes it so that you can create a very powerful site with less codeing, you can do more with less time and effort basically.
