Noob Needs Simple Help!!!

Hi, i have created a website in flash,

my mates father owns a hosting site and has given us free speace so we have a website created but it just has the basic set up.

how can i put my flash document onto that website so that it becomes the website?

any help would be much appreciated

Put it in a page called index.html.

Upload that to the doc root of your site.
