Momentum Effect?

I did a search for "momentum" here with no results (also friction and ease, etc). Does anyone know how to get the intro effect of the Sade site http://www.sade.com ...made in the year 2000...the pictures move in slowly and are draggable for a cool effect. How can I do this? thx in advance....

The two concepts needed to pull that off are "Drag" and "ease".

Study up on those two to create what you want.
