How do we write text in different colors?
I read somewhere on the forum - it's impossible.
My question is how Gmail works it out?
How do we make sort of div with input or something ?

Gmail isn't using a simple text area. The editor is similar to the various Javascript WYSIWYG editors like TinyMCE (http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/).
