HELP setting up Header & Footer in CSS

Hello, I want to use my External Style Sheet to set up the Header and Footer in ALL my webpages. Can someone tell me How to Do that? Thanks, Ann:confused:

That's a wide open question believe it or not, Ann. The simplest answer is to use two divs with header and footer ids then style them appropriately with styles in your linked stylesheet. Maybe some raw material (http://csscreator.com/tools/layout) to peruse would help.
