Looking for children's energy calculator

I ran across this url http://www.bcm.tmc.edu/cnrc/bodycomp/energy/energyneeds_calculator.htm# and it says that this script is available at this site, but I can not seem to find it anywhere. How do I get the coding for this script?

energy.js

which is imported in the document.anyways here is the link to the file
