Well, I need a rating system for my website, http://www.outdoorhighadventure.com, and I have no idea where to start. I have knowledge of HTML and Javascript, but nothing about PHP, Pearl or anything else. My hosting only supports Perl and not PHP. Other people I've talked to say to build my rating system with PHP, but obviously I can't. Any suggestions? Though I could use JAvascript, it wouldn't look professional. Thanks for your time.

What sort of rating system are you thinking of? It looks like you have a 5-star rating system already in place. Are you wanting something more advanced... or?
By the way, really cool website.

The 5 star rating system I have no is provided by the hosting company, and I would like to use my own code and not use their services. There are alos a few things I don't like about it. I would probably like a 10 star rating system if possible. Thanks for your help on this issue!

By the way, really cool website.
Thanks man!

i'm having the same problem. i'm very good with microsoft frontpage but i need to be able to have users rate other user submitted documents. (kinda like the way the google video page is set up but with 10 options). if anyone can provide me with some code or direct me to a place where i could get a program to insert in my website it would be fantastic!
