Mass HTML or Text editor?

Ok I'm converting my bosses site to use php includes. My boss is getting on my arse about how long its taking me. I'm replace menus banners things like that.

Is there any programs I can you use to do a mass one time edit. Like a big find/replace? I have mass rename programs I can convert all the .htm back to .txt or later .php .

So any Ideas someone was trying to tell me dreamweaver could but I've never used it before. any help would be massively appreciated otherwise I'm not sleeping for the next 2 days.

Convert to php includes, Dreamweaver will take longer to learn.

Many programmers' editors can do that as will HTML-kit. I'd go for a good editor with regular expression search/replace on multiple files. I believe jEdit will do that.
