Can I change the registration point of a movie clip?

I'm loading a movie clip dynamically and its registration point defaults to top-left corner. I need to change it to the center, is this possible? if so, how?

view the movie clip in edit mode. You'll see some crosshairs in the top left, that's the reg point. Move you clip on stage to put the reg wherever you want. If it's an animation use the onion skin and edit multiple frames to move all frames at once. Also, when you create a movie clip you can set the reg then by clicking on one of the 9 points in the square with 9 dots connected by lines.
