We have 12,500 registered users on our site and are still trying to figure out how to make $$$ with the site. Any ideas?

Are they active? What kind of traffic does your site get?

You can try a social networking site like rsitez.com it comes with built in ad features and they let you keep all the revenue generated. They charge a licensing fee but it's pretty low compared to paying someone to build it.

You have good number of users.First check their interest and move relatively in that way

You have a number of different options. First try populating your content with google adsense or adbrite then try offering some services or products that they might be interested in from affiliates. You can send out a newsletter once a month and include a few affiliate products in the email.
