Hi,
I have a peculiar problem I'm hoping someone can help me with.....
My Browser and email software have developed a problem:
I click on mailto: links and get told that my browser doesn't have email software setup for it (or words to that effect). I look in the settings of my browser and where it lists the applications that can be invoked for news groups, HTML editor etc. there's a drop down box for email. But when I click on it my email software isn't listed.
Conversly, when I click on a link to a website in an email message, the browser window won't open unless I have another browser window already open. I then end up with two browser windows and just close the one I don't need.
Both my browser and email software work fine in isolation but not together. They did do once upon a time!
What's going on and what do I have to do?
(EMAIL: MS Outlook Express 6 BROWSER: IE6)
Thanks in advance!
