synchronize access with mysql

Hi
I've just set up a new website using php and mysql.
In our office we run a access database. We would now like to
synchronize access with mysql.

Further there are plans to synchronize multiple access databases
over the internet or a dial-up connections.

Does anyone know a good tutorial for these topics?
Any first-hand experience in synchronizing online with offline
databases? (and offline - offline through the web)

I read a bit about MyODBC http://www.mysql.com but I dont have a idea how to used or how I can synchronize my 2 databases. Maybe someone can show me the path (any manuals, tutorials?).
