How many kind of alert are there?

In windows, there are some kinds of "alerts", those which have a simbol of admiration, those which have a question mark, and Others.

In javascript, exist window.alert, window.confirm...

are there others?? How are they commands?

As far as I know, there are only the two, alert and confirm. The only other ones are custom alerts that some people have made...
