Website indexing

My company has an 'about' page with all of the employees listed on the site. I've tried telling them that I really would rather not be included on the page because I really don't like the idea of being googled and such. Anway, is there a way to still index the page but omit me and anyone else who may not want to be on the page from showing up during a google search?

Generally it's all or nothing, but inserting the opt out names using JavaScript their names should not be googled (no guarantee)
