Which one is better?

Which of these 2 do you like better?

Old one: http://grafitgroup.ro

New one: http://grafitgroup.ro/interf.html.

The new one isn't finished: links not working, image transition not working but you definitely can make an opinion, and it has a problem in Firefox.

Then can you give me some suggestions how to make the one you like even better?

Definately the first one! :) I'd work on that one. The second one looks 'template-ish' and does not hold my interest as does the first one.

I agree - the first one is nicer. I think that the red on the second site is way too... well, red.

WebJoel your help is vey good as usual.
The second one was trying to imitate the brash look I see around here, but it had no personality (you realized all that?).
Esthetically I too like the first one more.
Now I have to make it more interesting.
