When I registered Web Developer send me an automatic response by E-Mail.
I would like to know I to do that.
I would like to put such a script in my site.

You just have to set up the autoresponse option in your email.

An easy way to do it is:
1. Have that e-mail address automatically respond to anyone who sends an email to it. So if I were to send an email to your email account, I would immediately get a responce from your email address because you would have set that account to automatically respond when someone sends an email to it.

There are other ways but this is the most straight forward.
