How to collect data for a mobile moviesite

Hi all,

My name is Rob and I am currently attempting the development of my second mobile website.
As the previous site was purely informative and straightforward I did not experience to many issues.
However, now I am trying to create a mobile movie site which would display info about latest releases etc.

My question is: What is the most efficient way of gathering this data, keeping in mind that this site requires allot of updating. Is there anyway of making my own piece of code that would extract data and style it so that it shows up on my site. Are there any legal issues with using another websites data?

Any comments and advice will be highly appreciated.

Well, yes, I think that, for the beginning I will move the thread into the General discussions Forum, to be, if case, moved again, depending on the languages/DB you intend to use.
