Standard Development Price

I am fully capable of coding html/css/php/mysql etc., however my dad is looking to have a large scale site built that's well beyond what I could tackle, it's a dating site, with of course profiles, photos, message board, admin backend, newletters, etc.

What could I expect to pay a decent company for this type of project? (a range, not necessarily an exact quote is what I'm after)
