I have 5 templates with 2 pages each that I need to quickly slice and code.

What would be an easy and straightforward software/method to help me do that?

The best way to slice a template is to use Adobe Photoshop. Once your finished slicing don't use as-is. Implement css and try to use the least amount of tables as possible for maximum SEO.
