As far as I know there are no such things as PHP templates. Maybe you mean CMS?

I have never worked with PHP but now I am searching for PHP templates or so I called it like on:http://www.phpwebtemplates.com/
but only free.

I recently discovered WordPress http://www.wordpress.org. I've been experimenting with it on a test site. As my website grows I am finding it hard to use only html. There seem to be a lot of nice free WordPress templates out there.

I think the best free cms is still on http://opensourcecms.com. I was searching for portal managment system and this is the best yet I have discovered.
