loading background

On my web site the background is the same on every page.
How can I keep the background on the page without it reloading? On most sites the background is constantly on the screen.

You can make your background an animated gif. This will force the image to cache in the browser.

It should cache it automatically gif or no gif unless you have no chache set in the meta tags.
