What is the best way to steal one frame of a Flash Animation? I want' to use the "We are your overlords" frame from http://www.rathergood.com/vikings/ as my desktop wallpaper.

Use a screen capture program. I use Jasc PSP7. I tried to save the .swf and open in Macromedia Flash, but the file was pretty large, and it would have taken a long time to import. Here, I got a good screen grab. Take a look at it. I edited it a bit to fit a 1024x768 sceen. Here it is.
