Other problem with email

When ever i want to upload my website, i always get the following statement:

"Saving Form Results to E-Mail will not work unless either the "SMTPHost" or "SendmailCommand" server configuration parameters are set."

Can anyone tell me what this means, where i can set the parameters and how???????

You need to contact your web host. This is something they need to set on their end. It sounds like your SMTP (the thing that delivers the mail) is turned off, or you've not gotten permission to access it from your website.
