Navigation Issues

I am new to flash, and I'm learning how to create a navigation bar for our homecoming site. The problem is that I have created 3 links so far, and only two are working and the 3rd one labeled hotels isn't. I'm getting frustrated, can some one help me here? I have uploaded the .fla file via sendspace.

If you see the attachment, I see that my problem could possibly be my rectangle that is continuously looping. Any type of help is greatly appreciated.
