website magazine?

what are the tools i should use?
i want to build a website that allows people to read magazine composed of articles and allow then to subscribe to comment the articles..
and there is aechive for previous issues...
also allow the user to print the magazine with or without comments

should i use wordpress?

Wordpress or Blogger or something similar would certainly get the job done with some configuration.
