Email Management

Hi, i am not really sure where to post this but anyway, hopefully someone can help me in here and give me their view(s) on my situation.

I have 7 different email addresses for my site:

info@domainname.com
sales@domainname.com
etc...


To access my emails, i have to log in through cpanel and access each of the email addresses individually. Is there a way that i can setup all of my email addresses through one program and then just flick in and out through each individual email address

I would think your hosting service would provide SMTP & POP services, such that you could set up your email client to access those accounts directly, rather than having to go over to the cpanel to get your mail. Have you tried to set up those accounts in your client email?

Another option is to make those accounts "forwarding" email accounts, which your host simply re-routes to your single email address, which you presumably get in your email client now. Then you can use client-side rules to filter the emails into seven different folders so you know what came through what account.
