I want to create a notification system. So far i have it set up that a user can register and select from three different categories that interests them. Then when the admin adds a article on the website I want to have the site automatically create a email list of the user's that selected the category the article is about. Then send out the information to them. If anyone can give me some direction to get this done I would be very appreciative.
