Mouseover effect in Dreamweaver?

Hi Guys,

If you could kindly look at this page:

http://www.gretnafootballclub.co.uk/

and you see the mouseover headlines at the top I understand this was built in Dreamweaver. Does anyone know if this can be built in Dreamwevaer 8, and if so can anyone point me in thedirection of any tutorials for this kind of thing?
