Chromeless Windows, I NEED Help!

No matter what link that leads to chromeless window(on BOTH of my computers) fills up the whole screen no matter what size it is! HELP ME!!! PLEASE!!!! :confused:

This creates a popup in IE with no chrome. In other browsers, it simply renders as a regular popup window. http://www.infinitypages.com/research/borderlesspopup.htm

It didn't work! It still came up in the whole window! Ah! I'm gonna kill my computers! I guess I'll just have to consult with my Uncle about the problem. Unless others have an idea of what might be wrong with my computers. :mad: :(
