strange menu behaviour

Hi,

My Application recently moved to different server of same config, os & browser(same version). The menu items are spread out of the screen window in the new server which was fine in the previous machine. Please check the attached images.

May I know what can be the reason.

The document appears to have been placed in quirks mode.
Has a header or tag been added to the top of the document?
