How do I create an "E-mail Me" thing that will allow people to not use Outlook?

What I want to do is have a button you can click on my contacts page that has my e-mail address. When you click the button, I want it to bring up a thing like on 123greetings.com or whatever which allows you to enter your e-mail address, whatever it may be, your name and then a message box to allow you to send it to me as opposed to sending it to a friend. Then have a submit button at the bottom that will do that.
I'm sure this is complex, but can anyone guide me through this and explain to me what's going on? I have some HTML training, but I am a bit rusty and I've never attempted anything like this before. Thanks :)

Right at the top of this page, there's a message titled "information on forms for feedback or contact..." or something like that. Maybe that's what you're looking for?

Google for MailForm scripts and pick one that your host will allow you to use. Or for a simple and easy set up for different email forms, you can check out Bravehost.nets Web Tools. Good for beginners if you don't mind the Bravehost Ad button.
