Is there a fix for this:

"Error: Unable to read footer file."

Can't determine why this error message appears at bottom of web page.

Can we see the code (sounds like it is probably a serverside error) and a link to the page?

The error is duplicated for many pages on the California.biz site. It's most visible at the bottom left of this page:

I didnt get the error. IE 6+ win 98 medium lvl security blah blah blah cookies not disabled js not disabled
