I don't know for sure, but I think you might be able to run most games made by ID (which is either mostly or entirely first-person shooter games). They run on OpenGL (which I think means they can run on Linux). Can't say I know much about it other than that because I'm not really one for PC gaming and so haven't really looked in to it.
