Aligning Content - Top, Middle and Bottom

Hi there,
Just looking for some help with this site. How can i allign the content in the middle of the page, have the header stay at the top and the footer stay at the bottom of the page, but dynamically move?

It may be a little beyond what you are trying, but with percentages and absolute positioning (top: 0px; bottom: 0px; } it's possible you could create a nice layout that was fluid with the window it sat in.
