Customising a .hta file?

Hi i was wondering is it possible to customise a .hta file so when it is autorun the icon in the top left can be replaced and also the size of the window the hta file opens?

a .hta file should auto run when run from the users local machine, it is not a format that is meant to run from a server.

I created a .hta file for my desk top.

It will not be run on a server only on a local machine i was just wondering if you could adjust the size of the window automatically
