Let me say I'm not sure if this is an HTML question, JAVA or something else but I'll start with HTML and see if I'm on the right track.
Also, if anyone has comments for the web site listed above, I'd appreciate it.
Now to the question:
The website uses frames and I want one frame (the left frame that contains the picture) to contain a text box whose content varies. More specifically I want the text inside the box to vary or change on a regular basis - daily, weekly, monthly - something like that.
Aside from manually going in regularly and altering the HTML, can I create a frame that does this automatically? I want the text box to hold interesting quotes that change regularly.
