I don't get it.

Check this page:

the header image renders incorrectly.

But the same files at:

www.karate-usa.com/redesign/proshop

render just fine.

Please help!

corrupt file or something of the sort. it has nothing to do with HTML. delete the corrupt image and upload it again from a valid (non-corrupt) file.

It's not the same file either, don't be misleading.

Must have fixed it as I see no difference in Firefox. I would recommend you insert a document type and correct the 50+ code errors. Then validate the page. The CSS has errors too. This goes for both pages.
