I have a few small videos of varried types (mpeg, avi, wmv, etc) and I'm looking for a good program that will allow me to convert them to .swf files for use on the web.

I've looked at quite a number of sites that say they can do this, that, and the other in the rehlm of what I'm looking for but they seem so varried in product and price I thought it best to ask - What would you reccomend for the beginner to average user whose looking to put video on the web using any and all of the above listed formats?

Is there a program that does it all? I downloaded a couple free trials, one to change from mpeg to wmv and them another to go from wmv to swf.

Both are ok and pretty low cost but seem limited and since price is really not a big deal at this point I'm looking for something better.

Any advice would be appriciated.

There are a lot of free video hosting services available. You don't have control over the videos, so if there's risque content you might want to host it somewhere that allows it.

I find this to be a good solution because Google and YouTube have already made great SWF movie players, and it will save a TON on bandwidth for you.
