In the process of updating my files on my website, I have deleted all my files.
What a mistake! I have deleted some files that i should have kept. Can i retrieve them?

Ask your Web host to restore them. They should be doing a daily backup of all the sites.

The Web host doesn't have a control panel. I used FrontPage 2003 as the platform to upload my website and do my updates. Then, files disappeared. I was told not to use FrontPage, because it does that. I didn't know that FrontPage could that. So, i've changed my password with my web host to use FilleZilla, rewrite the lost files using HTML.
