why i can not see list of my posts in CP?

I remember that phpbb can record all posts on CP, but why I can not find any my posts in my CP? do I need to change options or something else?

it is not convinent if without the "watch " issue.

you can set up subscriptions to threads automaticaly, that's what I do, others view their profile, then from there click posts by this user.

option is called "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and is about 1/3 of the way down.

I choose "no email notification", is it working?

subscriptions don't show up under your cpanel unless someone replies, or you explicitly click show all subscriptions.

Not so. Subscriptions will appear regardless of the posts others make. E-mails only go out with new posts from others, but it has no bearing on subscriptions.
