www.ace-host.net -- Very low price for what you get. best I've found. millions of options/plans. check it out.

To find the host thats right for you you should look at what technologies you want to use. I use http://europe.webmatrixhosting.net because they are a very good trial asp.net host with a 10 meg sql server data base per user unlimited bandwidth no ads up to one meg per access db dll files smtp server access global asax etc.

if u want to use PHP or CGI http://flatface.net is very good but it is hard too get on to there severs

PHP & CGI hosts are a dime a dozen because apache and linux are free.
