i think that the line up top:

is in the wrong place. that shouldn't be the first thing you see.... that's footer text.

and i don't see why the tabs are numbered 1-6. it made me think that there were steps in navigating the site, that I should go through it in order - i just don't really understand the numbers. i think they're unnecessary.

other than that, the layout is pretty nice - a lot of whitespace, simple navigation, and nice use of colors.

I am planning to use this line

as in H1 tag so that it is read easily and promoinently by search engines. This is gonna vary along with page to page, like for home page i will focus on offshore development in india and may be for web development services i will focus on web development india. This line is kept as a keyword container for the site.

For numbers, now since you have told me i am myself finding it unnecessary. yes i think i can do away with that.
